**World Suicide Prevention Day!**
Community Health Fair and a Butterfly release to pay tribute to those we’ve lost.

Zumba- Combat-Kick-A-Thon Raising Awareness on Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Event.

Shoutout to Minnie Ocasio for allowing me to be apart of this great event. Mental health and suicidal prevention are very very important to me and I'm a huge advocate. One of the lessons life teaches us is Love what we have before life teaches us to love what we lost.

I love seeing people come together to support a great cause.

The live painting I was working on has to do with the inner work of balancing the mystery of the brain and secrets of the heart. Action is the cure to gain the wisdom to spend your time. Help is available and there are amazing people willing and able to help you #Getbetter & shoutout to Tremayne & all my therapist friends.

"BetterView Mental Health Mural Project" #Getbetter (Behind the Scenes)

Theron Cook Art Don’t Quit Foundation, INC, Don’t Quit Omniversity is an avid mental health and creativity advocate. This month we had a great opportunity to collaborate with Betterview Counseling and Trauma Recovery to create a mural for their new location. Betterview Counseling and Trauma Recovery is a mental health practice dedicated to the effective and evidence-based treatment of a variety of mental health issues. Their aim is to reduce the stigma that is placed on mental health services and bring healthy mindfulness practices and improved mental stability to the forefront.

Betterview conveniently offers telehealth services only at this time and evening/weekend hours are available. They only use evidence-based practices and ensure that strict confidentiality is enforced. You can be assured that receiving services from Betterview is a step in the right direction.
