Shoutout to Minnie Ocasio for allowing me to be apart of this great event. Mental health and suicidal prevention are very very important to me and I'm a huge advocate. One of the lessons life teaches us is Love what we have before life teaches us to love what we lost.
I love seeing people come together to support a great cause.
The live painting I was working on has to do with the inner work of balancing the mystery of the brain and secrets of the heart. Action is the cure to gain the wisdom to spend your time.
